It’s a real shame, because the food was fantastic and the house wine was lovely too. However, the service really let the experience down. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our food, which is far too long. When we asked about the delay, we were told it had only been 30 minutes even though I’d checked the time on my phone and knew we’d been waiting much longer. If they can sort out the service and be a bit more honest with customers, this could easily be an incredible spot.

The food was stunning, cocktails were great as well. As the staff knew it was my birthday they brought out dessert with a message, sparkle and sang happy birthday to me. All the staff were very attentive, made us feel comfortable and helped make the night so special.

Service at COYA was terrible. Our server stopped at our table an unusual number of times because she wanted us to place our order. We dined at prime time so there was no risk of the kitchen closing. But she kept interrupting us from enjoying our cocktails and starter item. It took away from having a nice dining experience. Then, the server made mistake in both our main meals. We barely ate the food and left because she just ruined it for us. Even when the manager found out the snafu with our dinner plates, he barely acknowledged their mistake. He was insincere and inauthentic. The restaurant has an interesting atmosphere. It’s unfortunate their service is subpar. Do better, COYA.

Food: some food are really nice. I highly recommend the manchego cheese cake with guava puree, the tres leches cake and the aubergine. Not bad but also not worth the money are the pork and the chicken mains because they are bland. Their mixed seafood ceviche is not bad. The crunchy corn with it is a nice surprise. Service: Jessica was very attentive. They prepared a birthday song and cookie for my friend. Atmosphere is what you are paying for mostly. The list is so dark that you shouldn't use it if you have claustrophobia. The ambiance is like a modern jungle. The was to the toilet, and mirrors are well thought of and intriguing.
